Try before you pay

Your first proposal is free - no card required. We encourage you to fully try GrantEasy before subscribing, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

14-day refund window

If GrantEasy isn't working out, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full - no hard feelings, no interrogation.

Renewals

Renewal charges (monthly or yearly) are generally not refundable, but if you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of a renewal without having used the Service in that period, we'll refund it.

How to request

Email support@granteasy.org with the email address on your account. Refunds are processed by our payment partner Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

Cancelling

Cancelling is separate from refunds: you can cancel anytime from your Billing page, and you'll keep access until the end of your paid period.
