Try before you pay

Your first proposal is free - no card required. We encourage you to fully try GrantEasy before subscribing, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

14-day refund window

If GrantEasy isn't working out, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full - no hard feelings, no interrogation.

Renewals

Renewal charges (monthly or yearly) are generally not refundable, but if you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of a renewal without having used the Service in that period, we'll refund it.

How to request

Contact us at the support email listed on our website with the email address on your account. Refunds are processed by our payment partner Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

Cancelling

Cancelling is separate from refunds: you can cancel anytime from your Billing page, and you'll keep access until the end of your paid period.
